OUR MISSION
To make our downtown an economically viable place while preserving a well-kept historic district that is a community center with a family atmosphere and to promote downtown Osceola as a cultural center for the arts, heritage, and entertainment. Downtown Osceola will have a sense of importance, and a sense of place that contributes to the overall quality of life.

Position: Executive Director
We are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Director to lead our nonprofit organization in achieving its mission and strategic goals.
Salary Range: $42,500 - $45,000
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership & organization skills
- Background in nonprofit management, economic development, and/or community planning preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and budget
- Coordinate downtown revitalization projects
- Engage community stakeholders and volunteers
- Fundraise and secure grants
- Promote downtown events and activities
