The Main Street Osceola Farmers' Market is a seasonal, marketplace featuring local farmers and artisans from across the Mid-South. Our goal is to be a welcoming, inclusive market that builds community through the accessibility of locally grown food, education, and wellness activities.
Dear Vendors, Main Street Osceola is pleased to announce the upcoming season and opening date of Thursday, April 17, 2025. Our closing date for the market this year will be Thursday, October, 30, 2025. Vendors who apply to be a part of the farmers market must complete an application and submit it to cnorvell@osceolamainstreet.org
Vendors will be approved on a case by case basis. We are looking for local growers of produce, flowers, plants, baked goods, preserves, jams, jellies, handcrafted goods, honey, pottery, soap, candles, birdhouses, woodwork, quilts, and more! All items sold at market must be grown and made locally. Local means within a 100 mile radius of Osceola, Arkansas. Resale of prepared food items and crafts will be prohibited.

Vendors on Courthouse Lawn
Vendor fees for regular stall space is as follows:
10% of gross sales capped at $25, per 10'xl0' booth space.
Example: If you sell $100 worth of goods, your vendor fee will be $10.
Example: If you sell $250 worth of goods, your vendor fee will be $25.
Example: If you sell $500 worth of goods, your vendor fee will be $25 because the fee is capped at $25.

Booth fee for Food Trucks is $50 for the market day.
You must be an approved vendor to set up and sell at The Main Street Osceola Farmers Market.
Booth set up will be on the Court House Square, beginning at 9 am, and designated spots will be assigned to each vendor. The Farmers' Market will open at 10 am.
Thursdays, Mid April —October, 10am-2pm | Note: The OMSFM does not have access to microphones, speakers, tables, tents or chairs. You’ll need to bring all that’s required to make your event a success. Additionally, power cords, cord covers to prevent tripping, signage, is all encouraged to promote a better visitor experience. Most of the customers are at the market from 10am-12pm, so we ask you to begin by 10:00 am for the best coverage to promote your group and have entertainment for our market. You may park near the deck area to unload, set up, and take down. Normally the location of your programming will be on the stage or within Son Seals Park. Additionally, 5% commission is charged for any merchandise sales, but sales are permitted and encouraged to promote your organization.
Programmers: content should be in line with farmers' market lifestyle: self-sufficiency, planting, food prep, healthy lifestyle, overall wellness, etc. Musicians: music should be family friendly.
